With our 24/7 monitoring option your loved one’s Dementia Tracker is connected to our trained team of operators who are on hand to assist, any time of the day or night. 24/7 monitoring offers the highest level of protection for your loved one, and there is a monthly fee for the service.

We also offer a family monitoring option. Here, the alarm is pre-programmed to dial through up to 3 different family members to call for help. The alarm is too smart to be fooled by a voicemail. With family monitoring, you need to be confident that you have people who will be available most of the time to respond to calls for help. The family monitored option has a monthly subscription that pays for the costs associated with using the mobile phone SIM card that is inside the tracking device.

With geo-fencing enabled, battery life is between 1-2 days (increased GPS tracking uses more battery). Remove the watch using the key and charge when you are visiting your loved one.
