If your device develops a fault and you return it to us within 30 days of receiving your product, we’re happy to refund or exchange it for you. If your device develops a fault after 30 days, please call our Customer Care Team on 0800 112 3201

How do I return my purchase?

How do I cancel my 24/7 monitored service with you?

Cancelling your service is easy to do. All you need to do is email us to request the cancellation. Please include the alarm user's name and address, and the reason for cancelling. We will then reply to confirm cancellation, as well as letting you know if you need to return your equipment to us (this varies depending on the product). We cannot accept verbal cancellations, they must be in writing.
