Top-up Credit

Topping up credit for your 'Go Anywhere' personal alarm couldn’t be easier. It can be purchased in three, six or twelve-month bundles. The more months you purchase, the better the discount.

We understand that you might use a little more credit in one month and less in the next. That’s why we offer a flexible fair usage policy which also includes:

- 15 minutes of talk time per month
- 45 text messages per month
- 3MB data per month

If you go over the allowance you will receive an email to let you know. Simply contact us and we can reactivate the SIM for you.

Any credit purchased through us is for use with your 'Go Anywhere' alarm only and is non-refundable.

You should keep in mind that due to the roaming nature of the sim card, calls and texts from your mobile to the personal alarm could be charged at different rates.

There’s no need to worry about your credit running out, we will alert you when it is about to expire so that you’ll know it’s time to top up.
