I was initially unsure as to whether I had purchased the correct version for my mother who has dementia. I was also dubious as to whether she would wear it. I spoke to Terry at your customer support and was reassured that if she wouldn't wear it, the watch could be returned within a 30 day period. Fantastic that we can have a test period.

I wanted to gift my pendant to a new user with a renewed contract. I thought this would be really complicated but a really helpful adviser called Yvonne emailed me step by step instructions and made it really simple. I messaged several times with new questions and she replied immediately. I thought Yvonne was thoughtful and clear in her communication and deserves a 5* rating.

Watch arrived the next day. The set up was easy. The watch works really well and gives us peace of mind.

Every question has been answered, and my pendant arrived the day after I'd placed my order ... excellent! The instructions are simple and easy to understand, and someone even rang to remind me to charge the battery, which I was in the process of doing when they rang. We spent some time looking for the best solution. 83 year old user not technically minded but the bracelet so easy to set up, explain and use - and customisable to the wearers taste. Within 48hrs the device came into its own after a genuine fall. Can’t fault the tech, the service. Very helpful people at the call centre - and makes a huge difference when someone calls you by your name when you speak to them. I would definitely recommend this product..
