Delivery & Opening Hours

The cut-off date for your order to be received before Christmas is Monday 19th December at 12pm*.

Royal Mail estimates that all parcels shipped by Monday 19th December using Special Delivery will be delivered on or before Christmas Eve.

We recommend that you place your order as early as possible to avoid any unexpected delays with delivery.

*we cannot guarantee this delivery, Royal Mail's delivery service is beyond our control and Christmas is their busiest time of year. This is even more relevant this year due to Royal Mail strikes. We have been using DHL on days affected by Royal Mail's strike.
