Delivery & Opening Hours

The cut-off date for your order to be received before Christmas is Monday 16th December at 12pm*.

Royal Mail estimates that all parcels shipped by Monday 16th December using Special Delivery will be delivered on or before Christmas Eve.

We recommend that you place your order as early as possible to avoid any unexpected delays with delivery.

Important Note: Christmas is the busiest time of year for couriers and slower than usual deliveries can be expected. Please be patient while Royal Mail delivers your order. Orders will all ship out from us on time, however Royal Mail could take longer than usual to deliver them, which is unfortunately outside of our control.

*we cannot guarantee this delivery, Royal Mail's delivery service is beyond our control and Christmas is their busiest time of year. We cannot guarantee next day delivery during December.
