I was sceptical on the product I was going to receive and the aftercare service. All I can say is that this company superseded all my expectations. Emails with clear instructions received within minutes and regret not going with this company sooner. A big shoutout to Yvonne, there should be more people like her in customer service .

The SureSafe system was easy to set up on our pc, and it has been fully tested for an emergency "fall". In addition to the emergency help, the watch also broadcasts when medication is needed three times a day, which is a great help.

This was a simple product to order. It arrived promptly, was charged and set up was straightforward. The alarm is providing both mum, the wearer and my sister with another level of reassurance, knowing that there is always someone on hand to help in an emergency as we can’t always be with her.

Great product. Great customer service. All my dealings with this company have been very positive. I recently ordered an extra charge cable and it was delivered the next day which was super efficient.

My Mother is happy to wear the pendant all day which is a major achievement in this important change in her life. The test we initiated after it was set up went well and the person answering at the other end was engaging and spoke to Mum in a way that afterwards she said he was a lovely person ..... which is a major result 😉👍
