I have had a lanyard alarm for ten years - excellent service from Sure Safe. Thank you. I decided that a wrist alarm would be more convenient so telephoned your office. Prompt and courteous service, I now have and wear the wrist alarm. I also ordered and received the next day, a handsome gold wrist band.

I renewed the pendant alarm that my elderly neighbour wears as hers had broken after 4 years. Daryl worked beyond 5.30pm on a Friday afternoon to complete the order.

Customer services (Daryl) supported the ordering process by telephone very well, answering all queries. The pendant alarm arrived within 48 hrs and set up was easy. The test reassured my mother all was working fine and she is now confident professional help will always be there if needed.

Daryl was very helpful and kindly continued to organise the set up of the personal alarm after office hours on a Friday evening.

Found the staff I spoke to were very helpful and informative. On receiving the alarm the instructions were easy to follow and that it was immediately operational. A great relief now that it is in use.

I was initially unsure as to whether I had purchased the correct version for my mother who has dementia. I was also dubious as to whether she would wear it. I spoke to Terry at your customer support and was reassured that if she wouldn't wear it, the watch could be returned within a 30 day period. Fantastic that we can have a test period.
