We spent some time looking for the best solution. 83 year old user not technically minded but the bracelet so easy to set up, explain and use - and customisable to the wearers taste. Within 48hrs the device came into its own after a genuine fall. Can’t fault the tech, the service. Very helpful people at the call centre - and makes a huge difference when someone calls you by your name when you speak to them. I would definitely recommend this product..
Great product and service
SureSafe is by far the best personal alarm system in the UK. We previously used another provider but the technology and service had an number of issues. While SureSafe has a slightly more premium price, you cannot put a monetary value on the piece of mind and service provided by SureSafe. As someone who has an elderly mother in the UK but I am based in Australia, I find the app and the response from SureSafe exceptional.
Excellent communications and follow up to my queries
Scheduled email to remind us that top up will be required is very helpful. Easy to navigate website to make any purchases. Staff very knowledgeable to speak to if you require any further information. A great product that gives family confidence and allows the person wearing it more independence.
Quick delivery and Daryl was very helpful and had excellent Customer Service
Simply, as on a previous occasion when a first device (neck pendant) was bought, very helpful comments and instruction from SureSafe staff. Always very patient and willing to help. Wrist alarm now preferred.
Arrived the next day; simple to set up and effective to use
Fantastic product, easy to use. My mum sets it off regularly so I like the fact family can be the first contact. She loves gardening so I know if she falls over it lets me know.
