The family monitored SureSafeGO personal alarm is simple to use and packed full of features to keep your loved one safe and to give you additional peace of mind.
The alarm will contact a designated friend or family member directly when help is needed. Up to 5 contacts can be added in case the first designated contact does not answer. Voicemail is not a problem either, the alarm will bypass it and call the next contact*. With family monitoring, there is a small ongoing fee to cover the emergency calls and SIM card costs.

Choose a family monitored medical alert device
Unlike most other medical alert devices the SureSafeGO is family monitored. This means that your device can call the people you choose whenever you need them. The SureSafeGO, linked to the cell phones of family or friends provides peace of mind.
How It Works
The SureSafeGo can call family and friends in an emergency, helping maintain independent living and give loved ones peace of mind.
The medical alert device works by storing the telephone numbers of your designated contacts. In the event of the wearer pushing the emergency alert button, or a fall is detected, the SureSafeGO will call the first contact on the list. If the contact does not answer, the device will call the second contact on the list and so on. Additionally, the device will send a text message to the contact when the call is attempted. This text message includes a Google Maps link to the location of the medical alert - so you know where help is needed.
When an emergency contact answers the SOS call, two-way communication is then automatically available through the pendant. This means you can speak to your loved one through the pendant to find out what help they need. You then know exactly how to help your loved one, for example calling 911 for them, and you can reassure them that help is on the way. this gives them additional peace of mind.
Additional features include low battery alerts being sent to family and friends, so you can remind your loved one to charge their device. The pendant will also make audible announcements to remind the wearer to charge the medical alert pendant.
You can also request the location of the pendant at any time by sending a simple text message from your cell phone. The alarm will text you back with a Google Maps link.
The SureSafeGo with family monitoring is a reliable and convenient system for keeping loved ones connected and the alarm wearer safe. The simple one-touch emergency button to call family is easily accessible as it is worn on the body at all times and triggers a call to your nominated contacts when pressed.

A simple subscription keeps your device active
The SureSafeGO medical alarm system works much like a cell phone. The device includes a SIM card, which requires credit in order to contact your designated contacts when an alert is triggered.
Our value-for-money credit bundle provides access to AT&Ts 4G LTE network for all calls and data for just $17.99 per month, paid quarterly. Subject to fair use, there is unlimited usage for emergency calls and alarm activations each month.
The SIM card supplied with the alarm cannot be replaced. Only a SureSafe SIM card will work inside a SureSafeGO medical alarm.
