We have a no hassle, no quibble, 30 day returns policy and you can return your device for free!
If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your purchase, we’re happy to cancel your service, as long as you return the device to us with all the original undamaged packaging, accessories and all information included.
In the unlikely event that your device develops a fault and you return it to us within 30 days of receiving your product, we’re happy to refund or exchange it for you. If your device develops a fault after 30 days, please call our Customer Care Team on 800 644 2554.
How do I return my purchase?

How do I cancel my subscription with you?
Canceling your service is easy to do. All you need to do is email us at [email protected] to request the cancellation. Please include the device user's name and address, and the reason for cancelling. We will then reply to confirm cancellation, as well as letting you know if you need to return your equipment to us (this varies depending on the product). We cannot accept verbal cancellations, they must be in writing.
