You will be connected to a SureSafe response operator who will support you and arrange the help you need. You can talk to them directly through the necklace

Can I wear the device in the shower?

We highly recommend you do. The bathroom is the highest risk room in your house for a fall. The device is showerproof but please do not submerge it in water.

Does it come with fall detection included?

Yes. Unlike most other providers, fall detection is pre-configured and there is no extra monthly fee for the service.

Is the SIM already in the device?

Yes – the SureSafe SIM comes pre-installed.

Why do I need to pay a monthly fee?

The monthly fee covers the SIM costs and provides you with 24/7 access to our response centre.

How do I set up the subscription?

You will be sent an email immediately after your purchase, which provides you with instructions on how to set up your monthly subscription. You will be prompted to complete a short form that provides our alarm monitoring centre with useful information such as existing medical conditions and who you might want us to contact on your behalf in an emergency.

What cell network/s does the device use?

The AT&T 4G LTE network.

Can I use my own SIM?

No. The device will only operate with the pre-installed SIM.

The SureSafeGO medical alarm works similarly to a cell phone. It comes with a built-in SIM card that allows the device to contact your chosen family members or our monitoring center when help is needed.

To keep the alarm connected, we offer an affordable credit bundle that gives you access to AT&T’s reliable 4G LTE network. This bundle is paid every three months and includes unlimited emergency calls and alarm activations each month, subject to a fair use policy.

Please note: the SIM card that comes with your SureSafeGO alarm is specially designed for this device and cannot be replaced with another SIM card. Only a SureSafe SIM will work with the alarm, ensuring everything runs smoothly when you need it most.
