The family monitored option has a monthly subscription that pays for the costs associated with using the mobile phone SIM card that is inside the tracking device.

Can the tracker be worn in the shower?: Yes – the tracker can be worn in the shower. The bathroom is the highest risk place for a fall, so wearing the tracker in the shower is highly recommended.
Does the SureSafe Dementia Tracker work anywhere?: Yes – the tracking device will work anywhere that there is a mobile phone signal and a GPS signal. This is the vast majority of the US.
