from start to finish an excellent experience. Clear helpful advice about how the wrist watch works and it has worked brilliantly for my lovely mum who suffered a stroke. It has given us as a family reassurance that she can make contact with us if she needs us or if she should fall. This has helped to maintain her independence in her own home where she and us want her to be. I would definitely recommend this aid for the very reasonable cost and functionality.
