They are so much better then the "fallen cant get up" company. Was with them 14 years. My gram passed and they would not let us keep the account that was active for over 14 years without paying activation fees, equipment costs (over $300) and rasing the monthly fee to over double of this companies. They have been absolutely wonderful to deal with as well. Everything was SUPER easy!

Gps for easy to use and confidence whilst out and about the cost for what you get is great much more than expected, As my contract with my current supplier had increased I have now cancelled them because I get more for less with. The person I spoke to to help me through the renewal process was extremely helpful and the experience was a pleasure...and he saved me some money given the pendant user is disabled and therefore VAT exempt. Who knew.

Alarm watch arrived the day after it was ordered and it went off at 01.38 24 hours later when my mother fell, the watch called me and it saved her lying on the floor for 6 hours. Worth every penny just for that call!
