Your service has been efficient and polite in spite of my hesitancy to go ahead. Also I am very happy with my new pendant which is smaller and lighter with a lot more functions. The talking clock is very good and the cancel of alarm button is incredible and saves a lot of chaos as these pendants do invariably get knocked on occasions and it is so easy to cancel. Very pleased.
