At 84, with a brain tumour causing deafness, you kindly set it up for me by phone, taking my health & family details for security. So grateful!!

Great customer service.

The process of ordering the personal alarm from Sure Safe, for my elderly mother in law, was easy to navigate. However, with me not being technically minded I had to phone Customer Support a few times for help in setting up the watch. All I can say is that they were absolutely amazing!!! Each of the associates who I spoke to was so polite, friendly, listened carefully to my enquiries and was able to resolve them quickly, without making me feel totally incompetent!!!
