Don’t worry, we have you covered. When an alarm is triggered and we cannot speak to you through your talking pendant or the base unit, we will try to contact you on your home phone and landline. If you do not answer we will ask one of your family and friends nominated contacts to check on you. If no family and friends are available, we will contact the emergency services and ask them to check on you instead. With SureSafe, no alarm call goes unanswered.

If the SureSafeGO wearer experiences a fall, the necklace is designed to detect most serious falls and will automatically call for help—even if the wearer is unable to press the help button. This feature is especially critical if the wearer loses consciousness after the fall.
Once a fall is detected, the device will automatically dial the first emergency contact stored in its system. At the same time, it sends an SMS message that includes a Google Maps link to the wearer's exact location. If the first contact doesn’t respond, the device will move on to the next number in the list, continuing until someone answers.
The fall detection system relies on built-in sensors that track changes in air pressure, movement speed, and the impact associated with a fall.
The device is showerproof and we recommend wearing it in the shower as statistically, bathrooms are the most likely place for a fall.
Even if you have never had a fall, the statistics suggest that depending on your age your risk of one could be higher than you think. With one in three over 65’s, and one in two over 80’s, having a fall each year, there is a reasonably high chance that you should consider getting a fall detection device.
