With the unique family monitoring option the alarm is pre-programmed to dial through up to 3 different family members to call for help. The alarm is too smart to be fooled by a voicemail. With family monitoring, you need to be confident that you have people who will be available most of the time to respond to calls for help. The family monitored option has a monthly subscription that pays for the costs associated with using the mobile phone SIM card that is inside the tracking device.

Yes – the tracker can be worn in the shower. The bathroom is the highest risk place for a fall, so wearing the tracker in the shower is highly recommended.
- Does the SureSafe Dementia Tracker work anywhere?
Yes – the tracking device will work anywhere that there is a mobile phone signal and a GPS signal. This is the vast majority of the US.
