Choosing a 24/7 monitored alarm means that in the event of an incident, a SureSafe response centre professional can be contacted instantly at any time of the day or night for a guaranteed response. They will take the most appropriate course of action whether that is to call the emergency services, a family member or just discuss the alarm wearer's concerns. A family monitored alarm can connect the alarm wearer to multiple designated contacts but does rely on the family member or friend to respond at any time of the day.

The person I spoke to on the phone to check my understanding of the product and payment plan was amazing. They explained clearly what the device did and how to pay without being pushy. I went ahead with the purchase and everything was delivered the next day and easily set up. I feel much happier now that mum can continue to keep her independence a little while longer.
Daryl made the whole thing so easy, was polite and friendly. Alarm arrived next day. Very easy instructions on how to activate and use the alarm. Very good service.

As promised the watch arrived on the day stated, the instructions were clear and the annual fee sorted quickly. The friends and family added and test call worked immediately. Now wearing the watch and I have friends very interested in getting connected themselves.

We are having an issue with text notifications from another wireless network, but they (especially Todd and Daniel) have gone above and beyond to find a resolution. It has been the best customer service I have ever experienced with a company. They are compassionate, friendly and dedicated to fix the issue.
