They will take the most appropriate course of action whether that is to call the emergency services, a family member or just discuss the alarm wearer's concerns. A family monitored alarm can connect the alarm wearer to multiple designated contacts but does rely on the family member or friend to respond at any time of the day.

Very reliable service. Everything was clearly explained on the website. Deliver was quick and set up was easy. It’s definitely given my mum peace of mind to know if she falls, we will be quickly alerted. Battery life could be better though.
