They will take the most appropriate course of action whether that is to call the emergency services, a family member or just discuss the alarm wearer's concerns. A family monitored alarm can connect the alarm wearer to multiple designated contacts but does rely on the family member or friend to respond at any time of the day.

The personal alarm is brilliant. It tells you the time and the percentage of battery usage . Testing is easy and proves alarm works . Charging the battery does not take long so minimum time off body. It is fully waterproof so can be worn in the bath or shower . The alarm is discreet and can be worn as a pendant that fits under clothing. The alarm works wherever I go. This is much better and cheaper than the alarm provided by my local council. I am thoroughly impressed by this alarm
