Excellent service. Watch was dispatched and received the next day. It actually arrived fully charged and was easy to set up. My father in law has only been using it for a week but when he made the test call the response was very quick, It was reasonably priced and he received a reduced rate for the first year. I like the fact that there is no Base Unit and he can speak directly into the watch. So far very pleased.
