1. This offer is available to new customers.

2. At renewal, the regular subscription price, with fall detection, of £31.50 per month (paid annually) will be applied or £28.50 per month (paid annually) for devices without fall detection. The year 2 renewal is locked for the lifetime of your device and will not increase and is not subject to point 6 below.

3. You may cancel your subscription within 30 days for a full refund, excluding any setup fee. No refunds are available after 30 days.

4. You have a lifetime warranty for your 24/7 monitored device.

5. Device needs to be returned when service is not renewed. Device is rented as part of the service, not purchased.
