The alarm arrived quickly. Set up of the alarm and the app was fairly straightforward. Didn’t need to contact Suresafe for help. Any alarm needs to be simple for my 96 year old mother to use and just needing to press one button should work for her. The app is a great add on for further peace of mind and tracking. I live 120 miles away from my mother but I will know from the app when she needs to recharge her alarm and can remind her. It is early days in terms of using the alarm but very pleased with my purchase so far.
