The SureSafeGo personal alarm for the elderly is available with 2 monitoring options.
The 24/7 monitoring option links the wearer to one of our Response Centre Operatives for a guaranteed response at any time of the day or night. They will speak to your loved one directly through the pendant to fully understand the situation and determine the appropriate response. This might mean calling a family member, the emergency services or just giving a bit of advice.
The family monitoring option will contact your designated contact/s in the event of an incident.
We Recommend 24/7 Monitoring
While the family monitoring option costs a little less and can help to keep your loved one safe, you still rely on family members to be available to answer the call, night and day. People busy with work and families, phones being on silent overnight and people being away on holidays or busy doing activities can mean that life-saving emergency calls can be missed. But that doesn't need to be the case.
Our 24/7 monitoring service costs less than a dollar a day and means that your loved one's call will be answered in a matter of seconds at any time of the day or night.

Our friendly team of Response Centre Operators are trained and experienced in helping older people get the help they need, fast. We are there 24/7, night and day. We can have an emergency response unit on its way within a couple of minutes of receiving a call, meaning your loved one gets the help they need as fast as possible. If your loved one has a heart attack, a stroke or a heavy fall then you want them to have medical attention as soon as possible.

This depends on the monitoring option you choose. For family monitoring, the alarm calls up to 5 telephone numbers of family and friends. If you choose 24/7 monitoring, it will call our 24/7 alarm monitoring station.
Yes – the alarm is designed for use in the shower. It is strongly recommended in fact. The bathroom is the highest risk place for a fall.
If you choose the family monitored option the alarm will call and text the 1st number stored. If there is no answer within 15 seconds it will call the second number, and so on. It will call through all 5 contacts in sequence. Contact us after ordering if you would like the contacts to be called multiple times if no one answers. if you choose 24/7 monitoring the alarm will call our monitoring centre and connect you with one of our response team who are available 24/7.
By sending text messages to the alarm. Your delivery will include some easy to follow instructions, plus we have US based customer service support should you require additional assistance. This only applies to the family monitored alarm.
Yes. The alarm includes fall detection at no additional charge. Fall detection is automatically enabled when you receive your alarm. You have the option to disable it should you choose to.
Yes – the SureSafe SIM comes pre-installed.
The alarm is like a mini-cell phone. It uses the cell networks to make emergency calls and send ‘help me’ text messages to family members. For family-monitored alarms, the $24.99 per month covers the cell service. For 24/7 monitored alarms it covers those costs plus the monitoring centre costs.
For family monitored alarms, when you receive your device. Your delivery will include easy to follow instructions to set up the subscription. For 24/7 monitored alarms you are sent subscription setup info immediately after purchasing. This will include a form that provides our alarm monitoring centre with useful information such as existing medical conditions and who you might want us to contact on your behalf in an emergency.

No. The alarm is an independent device with its own SIM. It does not connect to your cell phone (you don’t even need to have one).

A simple subscription keeps your device active
The SureSafeGO medical alarm system works much like a cell phone. The device includes a SIM card, which requires credit in order to contact your designated contacts or our monitoring centre when an alert is triggered.
Our value-for-money credit bundle provides access to AT&Ts 4G LTE network for all calls and data, paid quarterly. Subject to fair use, there is unlimited usage for emergency calls and alarm activations each month.
The SIM card supplied with the alarm cannot be replaced. Only a SureSafe SIM card will work inside a SureSafeGO medical alarm.
