Customer service when ordering via telephone was excellent. I had many questions and every one was answered with great knowledge. It helped me decide to purchase. I was offered a technician to answer further questions but was not needed. Great follow up after purchase and easy to talk to someone in person.

I had, what I thought was an issue with my Mum’s alarm and within 5 minutes of an email (not even a phone call) my issue was resolved by the team - prompt, efficient and friendly. And the alarm works really well and is easy to use

We were given a second hand fall alarm with no information other it was originally purchased from SureSafe. We contacted them and very swiftly they set up the alarm and sent all the information that we needed to run it. We even had 14 days to try it out before paying for a very reasonable subscription. I am impressed by the quality of their customer service; they are very efficient and polite. Thank you.
