The monitoring watch is great, and very easy to use for my grandmother. It is easy to setup in respect to the data plan, emergency contacts and the low battery alerts are welcome. When speaking through the watch, it is high quality and clear. Lastly, very good customer service as phoned to ask several questions before buying, and all were comprehensively answered. Thank you!

Brought this watch alarm for my dad not had it long but so far it’s been simple to set up and my dad and the rest of the family feel happier knowing that dad can get hold of us for help should have a fall

And I like the fact it has a fall detact function and location so isn’t limit to just being in the house
