I ordered a watch and it arrived the next day ( Saturday). I had a query and phoned customer service but they do not work at weekends. I sorted out the problem ( it was my fault) Today ( Monday ) I had a call from them saying they had a missed call from me did I still have a problem. If that is not first class service I don’t know what is.

I set up the watch and tested it. The watch very much came up to my expectations and although it is early days yet I have no hesitation in recommending SureSafe. Excellent service and product.
