The 24/7 monitoring service links the wearer to one of our UK-based Response Centre Operatives for a guaranteed response at any time of the day or night. They will speak to your loved one directly through the pendant to fully understand the situation and determine the appropriate response. This might mean calling a family member, the emergency services or just giving a bit of advice.
A family monitored option is also available, which will contact your designated contact/s in the event of an incident. Learn more.

We’ve been using the SureSafe pendant for a week and it works perfectly. So far no events but we have “practiced.” This device gives me the assurance that if my husband needs me when I’m in the garden, or even at the nearby grocery store, he can contact me now that he cannot use a cell phone.

Ordering was straight forward I ordered an alarm watch for my mother. I spoke to one of customer services lady who was super helpful, patient, friendly to set up the new user info, tested the alarm with mum and spoke to another lovely chap - so far so very good!
