Available in either watch or pendant with 24/7 monitoring the SureSafeGO personal alarm is simple to use and packed full of features to keep your loved one safe and to give you additional peace of mind.
The 24/7 monitoring option means that the wearer is connected to a SureSafe Response Centre Operative 24 hours a day. They will speak to the alarm wearer directly through the alarm and arrange for the appropriate help. This might mean calling the emergency services or a family member. A monthly subscription applies for 24/7 monitoring. 24/7 monitoring offers the highest level of safety and peace of mind available.

The process of ordering the personal alarm from Sure Safe, for my elderly mother in law, was easy to navigate. However, with me not being technically minded I had to phone Customer Support a few times for help in setting up the watch. All I can say is that they were absolutely amazing!!! Each of the associates who I spoke to was so polite, friendly, listened carefully to my enquiries and was able to resolve them quickly, without making me feel totally incompetent!!!
