As I have stated previously the 2 members of your staff Daryl and Terry were fantastic they answered all my questions and nothing was too much trouble for them . I felt as though as was asking so much of them but the talked me through everything and never made me feel as if I was being a pain Cannot praise your staff and company high enough. Thank you for all your help.The actual pendant is fantastic lightweight and comfortable to wear.

The service I’ve had so far while sorting out this fall alert device for my Dad has been excellent. Helpful staff who answer the phone quickly, and sorted out my issue immediately.
