Available in either a stylish watch or discreet pendant format, the SureSafeGO personal alarm is simple to use and packed full of features designed to keep your loved one safe while giving you peace of mind.

With the family monitoring option, the alarm will contact a designated friend or family member directly whenever help is needed. Multiple contacts can be added in case the first person does not answer. The system is also designed to bypass voicemail, ensuring the alarm continues to try other contacts until it reaches someone. For this option, you’ll want to make sure your nominated contacts are able to respond promptly when needed. A small ongoing fee applies to cover emergency call and SIM card costs.

Excellent service. Watch was dispatched and received the next day. It actually arrived fully charged and was easy to set up. My father in law has only been using it for a week but when he made the test call the response was very quick, It was reasonably priced and he received a reduced rate for the first year. I like the fact that there is no Base Unit and he can speak directly into the watch. So far very pleased.

I was looking for a safety alarm for my mother who is 91 years. She lives alone in a relatively remote area where mobile phone coverage is quite poor. In addition being 91 my mother has no Internet connection and no interest in having it installed. I looked at a number of systems and customer reviews led me to SureSafe. I phoned the company and the staff gave me a very detailed overview of their products, pricing and more importantly their operating capabilities. The alarm was ordered and arrived next day. It was easy to set up and test which quickly confirmed it was operating correctly. Very happy with the company, the service and pricing and most of all the knowledge that my mother can call for help quickly if she needs assistance.
