The 24/7 monitoring option means that the wearer is connected to a SureSafe Response Centre Operative 24 hours a day. They will speak to the alarm wearer directly through the alarm and arrange for the appropriate help. This might mean calling the emergency services or a family member. A monthly subscription applies for 24/7 monitoring. 24/7 monitoring offers the highest level of safety and peace of mind available.

Our 24/7 monitoring service costs only 61 pence per day and means that your loved one's call will be answered in a matter of seconds at any time of the day or night.
Our friendly team of Response Centre Operators are trained and experienced in helping older people get the help they need, fast. We are there 24/7, night and day. We can have an ambulance on its way within a couple of minutes of receiving a call, meaning your loved one gets the help they need as fast as possible.
