The 24/7 monitoring option means that the wearer is connected to a SureSafe Response Centre Operative 24 hours a day. They will speak to the alarm wearer directly through the alarm and arrange for the appropriate help. This might mean calling the emergency services or a family member. A monthly subscription applies for 24/7 monitoring. 24/7 monitoring offers the highest level of safety and peace of mind available.

The 24/7 monitoring option links the wearer to one of our Response Centre Operatives for a guaranteed response at any time of the day or night. They will speak to your loved one directly through the pendant to fully understand the situation and determine the appropriate response. This might mean calling a family member, the emergency services or just giving a bit of advice.

People busy with work and families, phones being on silent overnight and people being away on holidays or busy doing activities can mean that life-saving emergency calls can be missed. But that doesn't need to be the case with our 'sleep-easy' 24/7 monitoring service.

Our 24/7 monitoring service costs only 61 pence per day and means that your loved one's call will be answered in a matter of seconds at any time of the day or night.

Our friendly team of Response Centre Operators are trained and experienced in helping older people get the help they need, fast. We are there 24/7, night and day. We can have an ambulance on its way within a couple of minutes of receiving a call, meaning your loved one gets the help they need as fast as possible. If your loved one has a heart attack, a stroke or a heavy fall then you want them to have medical attention as soon as possible.
