The SureSafeGo personal alarm for the elderly is available with 2 monitoring options.

The 24/7 monitoring option links the wearer to one of our Response Centre Operatives for a guaranteed response at any time of the day or night. They will speak to your loved one directly through the pendant to fully understand the situation and determine the appropriate response. This might mean calling a family member, the emergency services or just giving a bit of advice.

The family monitoring option will contact your designated contact/s in the event of an incident.

We Recommend 24/7 Monitoring

While the family monitoring option costs a little less and can help to keep your loved one safe, you still rely on family members to be available to answer the call, night and day. People busy with work and families, phones being on silent overnight and people being away on holidays or busy doing activities can mean that life-saving emergency calls can be missed. But that doesn't need to be the case.

Our 24/7 monitoring service costs only 72 pence per day and means that your loved one's call will be answered in a matter of seconds at any time of the day or night.

Our friendly team of Response Centre Operators are trained and experienced in helping older people get the help they need, fast. We are there 24/7, night and day. We can have an ambulance on its way within a couple of minutes of receiving a call, meaning your loved one gets the help they need as fast as possible. If your loved one has a heart attack, a stroke or a heavy fall then you want them to have medical attention as soon as possible.

Family & Friends App

Included, regardless of the monitoring option chosen. Our family and friends app allows loved ones to provide truly connected care. With unlimited apps per user, all family members can access important information about the alarm, set additional safety alerts and even chat securely within the App. Check out some of the features below (App screens vary by wearing option selected).

From my first conversation with Daryl, the salesman, to the aftersales service I couldn't have wished for a better company to buy my pendant alarm from. Every question has been answered, and my pendant arrived the day after I'd placed my order ... excellent! The instructions are simple and easy to understand, and someone even rang to remind me to charge the battery, which I was in the process of doing when they rang. This company was recommended by two neighbours who also have the alarms, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SureSafe Alarms.

We spent some time looking for the best solution. 83 year old user not technically minded but the bracelet so easy to set up, explain and use - and customisable to the wearers taste. Within 48hrs the device came into its own after a genuine fall. Can’t fault the tech, the service. Very helpful people at the call centre - and makes a huge difference when someone calls you by your name when you speak to them. I would definitely recommend this product..

SureSafe is by far the best personal alarm system in the UK. We previously used another provider but the technology and service had an number of issues. While SureSafe has a slightly more premium price, you cannot put a monetary value on the piece of mind and service provided by SureSafe. As someone who has an elderly mother in the UK but I am based in Australia, I find the app and the response from SureSafe exceptional.
