The 24/7 monitoring option means that the wearer is connected to a SureSafe Response Centre Operative 24 hours a day. They will speak to the alarm wearer directly through the alarm and arrange for the appropriate help. This might mean calling the emergency services or a family member. A monthly subscription applies for 24/7 monitoring. 24/7 monitoring offers the highest level of safety and peace of mind available.

We can have an ambulance on its way within a couple of minutes of receiving a call, meaning your loved one gets the help they need as fast as possible. Ordering was straight forward I ordered an alarm watch for my mother. I spoke to one of customer services lady who was super helpful, patient, friendly to set up the new user info, tested the alarm with mum and spoke to another lovely chap - so far so very good!
