Our fully monitored personal GPS tracker option means that no call goes unanswered no matter the time of day or night. With our SOS button, you’ll be able to talk to one of our Response Centre Operatives, with just one touch.

The SureSafeGO Friends & Family also lets you set Geo-Fence. This means that you will receive a notification when your loved one leaves a designated 'safe zone', for example their home. This is a great option for customers with elderly relatives who wander. When Geo-Fence is set, the alarm battery will last up to 24 hours.
The family monitored SureSafeGO includes a SureSafe Pay As You Go (PAYG) SIM card already installed. Our SIMs are roaming safety SIMs. This means they can jump between networks to find the best possible signal available when needed. Our SIMs will jump between Vodafone, O2 and EE.
If you opt for our fully monitored option, we can still connect you to friends or family, as well as contacting emergency services when needed.
