Available in either watch or pendant format and with either 24/7 monitoring or family monitoring the SureSafeGO personal alarm is simple to use and packed full of features to keep your loved one safe and to give you additional peace of mind.

The 24/7 monitoring option means that the wearer is connected to a SureSafe Response Centre Operative 24 hours a day. They will speak to the alarm wearer directly through the alarm and arrange for the appropriate help. This might mean calling the emergency services or a family member. A monthly subscription applies for 24/7 monitoring. 24/7 monitoring offers the highest level of safety and peace of mind available.

If the family monitoring option is chosen, the alarm will contact a designated friend or family member directly when help is needed. Multiple contacts can be added in case the first designated contact does not answer. Voicemail is not a problem either, the alarm will bypass it and call the next contact. For family monitoring, you need to be confident that your nominated contacts will be readily available to receive SOS calls. With family monitoring, there is a small ongoing fee to cover the emergency calls and SIM card costs.

The SureSafeGo personal alarm for the elderly is available with 2 monitoring options.

The 24/7 monitoring option links the wearer to one of our Response Centre Operatives for a guaranteed response at any time of the day or night. They will speak to your loved one directly through the pendant to fully understand the situation and determine the appropriate response. This might mean calling a family member, the emergency services or just giving a bit of advice.

The family monitoring option will contact your designated contact/s in the event of an incident.

We Recommend 24/7 Monitoring

While the family monitoring option costs a little less and can help to keep your loved one safe, you still rely on family members to be available to answer the call, night and day. People busy with work and families, phones being on silent overnight and people being away on holidays or busy doing activities can mean that life-saving emergency calls can be missed. But that doesn't need to be the case.

Our 24/7 monitoring service costs only 61 pence per day and means that your loved one's call will be answered in a matter of seconds at any time of the day or night.

Our friendly team of Response Centre Operators are trained and experienced in helping older people get the help they need, fast. We are there 24/7, night and day. We can have an ambulance on its way within a couple of minutes of receiving a call, meaning your loved one gets the help they need as fast as possible. If your loved one has a heart attack, a stroke or a heavy fall then you want them to have medical attention as soon as possible.

Sure safe is not only a great product, it has the staff in the background that are always there to follow up and make sure everything is ok.

How do I set up a SureSafeGO?

At SureSafe we offer user guides and instruction manuals for each of our personal alarms to help you set up and operate your device. You will find a manual for the SureSafeGO within this section as well.

Should I choose 24/7 or family monitoring?

If you are confident that your designated contact/s will respond immediately at anytime of the day or night then a personal alarm that contacts family will work for you. For a guaranteed immediate response and ultimate peace of mind we'd suggest 24/7 monitoring.

Which is better, the pendant alarm or watch alarm?

Both versions of the SureSafeGo have the same features and both monitoring options are available on either. It really depends on the preference for how the personal alarm will be worn.

Why is there a monthly cost?

SureSafeGo personal alarms are mobile devices with a sim card, which allow them to contact our call centre or your designated contact/s in an emergency. The sim is what allows the alarm to work wherever you are in the UK, unlike some alarms, which only work in your home. A monthly subscription covers the cost of the sim charges, like any mobile device. The monthly fee for the 24/7 monitoring service also helps us cover the costs of our 24/7 response team and call centre.

Will the alarms work anywhere or only in the home?

Unlike many personal alarms for the elderly the SureSafeGo will work anywhere in the UK. This means that if an incident occurs whilst in the garden, in the car or at the supermarket an alert can still be sent and help received immediately. SureSafeGo also has GPS tracker so the wearer can be located if they are unable to communicate their location.

Who are the response centre operators?

The SureSafe operators are fully experienced in dealing calmly and professionally with a range of situations, whether that is offering advice, getting in touch with family members or contacting the emergency services.

Our 24/7 monitored personal alarms are linked to one of two UK based monitoring centres. Having two separate centres means that we can always be online in the unlikely event that one of the centres ever experiences a technical issue.

Knowing that someone is always available provides great piece of mind. Should an emergency ever arise, you can be sure that no alarm call will ever go unanswered.

Can I wear the alarm in the shower?

Definitely! The shower is statistically one of the most likely places for a fall. The SureSafeGo watch and pendant alarms are showerproof.
